Aussie producers, CinemaLive, will air Nirvana's "Live at the Paramount," on the big screen to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their pinnacle album, Nevermind.

Nirvana fans in the country have a lot to cheer about as they get a chance to see the band's most exclusive, never-before-seen live set. The concert will be shown on the big screen on Sept. 23 at 9PM for a "one-night-only" affair. Tickets sell for $35 AU for a special screening of this enormously-exclusive concert that only a few had the chance to see back when it was held 1991. The ticket comes with a deluxe and re-mastered edition of "Nevermind."

Lead by Kurt Cobain, the band propelled into international acclaim with their hit song "Smells Like Teen Spirit." The angst-ridden song quickly became the anthem for the 90's grunge movement, with bands Alice in Chains, Temple of the Dog, and Stone Temple Pilots' successes quickly following suit. Nirvana set the standard for writing songs that truly contemplated the worries and dilemmas of teens and young adults during their reign, making them one of the most celebrated bands of the music industry.

Because of Cobain's unexpected suicide in 1994, the band's immense success was cut short after their third release. "In Utero" debuted at the number one spot in the Billboard 200 back in 1993. Before his suicide, Cobain has already been involved in numerous drug-related health issues, with one just a week before his April 7th death. Former drummer Dave Grohl focused on his other band, the Foo Fighters, after Cobains death, and still continues to make music until today.
