“Neighbours” posted a sneak peek of Thursday’s episode on its Facebook page. In the clip, Aaron tries to comfort David, who’s grieving over the loss of her great-grandmother. However, David recalls what she told him before she died: “Turn away from homosexual life.” This prompts David to tell Aaron, “Don’t speak to me ever again.” Aaron walks away, leaving David in an emotional state.

Digital Spy reports that Brad, on the other hand, is stunned after getting a text message from Maxine, who threatens to expose his secret if her accommodation isn't improved. Terese tells him not to give into Maxine’s demands. Meanwhile, things get hot and heavy between Leo and Amy in the hot tub, but Elly interrupts their moment.

“Neighbours” recap

On Wednesday, Sonya refused to take the morning-after pill, despite Steph’s plea. Later, Mark discussed the issue with his brothers. Tyler was totally against it, saying that they can’t force Sonya to take the pill and it might have adverse reactions to her body. Aaron, on the other hand, pointed out that Sonya could already be pregnant with Mark’s baby. When Steph, Mark, Sonya and Toadie sat down for a discussion, they decided to stop the surrogacy process. The argument, however, became heated when Sonya still put her foot down about taking the morning-after pill. Steph became further upset when Mark appeared to be on Sonya’s side. She got even riled when he mentioned “it’s Sonya’s baby.” Mark calmed her down and the two hugged it out.

For her date with Amy, she wanted to have tea with Leo and his great-grandmother. While he initially hesitated, Leo relented. Amy attempted to bring Leo and the old lady closer, but it seemed impossible. Instead, the Tanaka’s great-grandmum pushed Amy to David. Amy didn’t give up and built Leo up, and encouraged the old lady to let the brothers meet their dad. After their visit to the hospital, Amy and Leo battled it out in a paintball challenge. Following their fun but painful paintball experience, the two decided to have a relaxing dip into the hot tub.

At the hospital, David’s great-grandmother’s health suddenly took a turn for the worse. On her last breath, she told David to look for a worthy woman and to turn away from homosexual life, as it will only bring him unhappiness. Not long after, she died.
