A series of surprising twists rattles Ramsay Street as “Neighbours” concludes the week. On Friday, Paige Smith (Olympia Valance) finds a perfect way to tell Jack Callahan (Andrew Morley) that he’s the father of her baby. She goes to church to confess, but she blabs the whole truth to the wrong priest.

It would be interesting to see whether Paige’s blunder would lead to trouble for Jack. After all, spoilers hint that Paige inadvertently confesses to his new superior. Other “Neighbours” characters who will appear prominently on the Feb. 24 episode include Terese Willis (Rebekah Elmaloglou), Gary Canning (Damien Richardson), Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis), Amy Williams (Zoe Cramond), David Tanaka (Takaya Honda) and Leo Tanaka (Tim Kano).

“Neighbours” also stars Sonya Rebecchi (Eve Morey), Jarrod “Toadie” Rebecchi (Ryan Moloney), Dee Bliss / Andrea Somers (Madeleine West), Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne), Karl Kennedy (Alan Fletcher), Sheila Canning (Colette Mann), Stephanie Scully (Carla Bonner), Mark Brennan (Scott McGregor), Brad Willis (Kip Gamblin), Lauren Turner (Kate Kendall), Piper Willis (Mavournee Hazel), Tyler Brennan (Travis Burns), Elly Conway (Jodi Anasta), Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson), Ben Ian Kirk (Felix Mallard), Xanthe Canning (Lilly Van Der Meer) and Jimmy (Darcy Tadich).

“Neighbours” posted a sneak peek of Friday’s episode on its Facebook page. In the clip, tension continues to brew between Gary and Paul, who see each other as rivals over Teresa. Paul informs Gary that he and Terese are meeting about a new project that could take all night. Gary is confused since he thought they’re not working together anymore. Terese clarifies that things have shifted around at work. “We thought it’d be best if we kept our alliance going on,” she explains.

As Paul escorts Gary to the door, Gary wonders if the meeting is just about work. Paul smugly replies, “We’re both adults. Who’s to say we can’t mix business with pleasure?” Digital Spy reports that Terese’s investor orders her to bring Paul down, which initially makes Gary happy. However, the investor’s demands seems to be more complicated, which completely changes the story.

The Feb. 24 episode also centres on Paige, according to Digital Spy, as she decides to come clean to Jack by going to confession. However, it’s not Jack who listens to Paige’s revelation – it’s his new superior. Elsewhere, Amy is surprised to see Leo’s vulnerable side, which may encourage her to consider having a relationship with him.

“Neighbours” recap

On Wednesday, Steph wondered who sabotaged her motorcycle and Victoria Lamb (Claudia Greenstone) assumed it’s Mark. Steph went over to his house to confront him about what happened. Mark blew his top over the accusation and became even more upset when he learned that Victoria’s helping her with the bike situation. It was Steph’s turn to become upset when Elly arrived and it’s clear that the two had been spending a lot of time together.

Later, Mark’s boss, Ellen Crabb (Louise Crawford) arrived at Lassiters to investigate the case. Ellen was clearly still holding a grudge against her for hooking up with Victoria. Later that night, it seemed Ellen was determined to prove that Steph and Victoria are staying in the same room together. Steph wasted no time informing Mark that Ellen may be the one who sabotaged her bike. Mark refused to believe it and Steph walked away. That afternoon, Mark asked Ellen about it but she denied having any involvement in it and angrily walked off. Meanwhile, Victoria packed her things and told Steph she’ll be staying over at a friend’s house. As they said their goodbyes, the two kissed again.

Determined to beat Gary in the sausage challenge, Paul sought Lauren’s help. Lauren agreed and things were going smoothly, until Paul struggled to answer Karl’s questions about making the sausage. He still managed to fool the others, except for Terese, who revealed the truth to everyone. Karl, Sheila and Susan can’t believe Paul would go that low just to win a harmless competition. Gary was declared the Sausage King, much to Paul’s disappointment.

Meanwhile, Amy volunteered to help Leo, who’s tracking down Bradley Satchwell (Alfred Nicdao), whom they suspect is his dad. They found him, homeless, hungry and clearly hurt. After bribing Bradley to agree, Amy and Leo brought him to the hospital so David can care for his wounds. At the hospital, Bradley demanded for the rest of the money and ordered Leo to get him some food. When Leo left to go to the cafeteria, he bumped into Amy and asked her to look after Bradley. However, when Amy arrived at Bradley’s room, he’s gone. Leo searched for Bradley outside, where he ran into David. Leo told his brother about the whole incident, including bribing Bradley. David said it was alright – he got the blood test results back and it appeared Bradley is not their father.
