TV Guide reports that in “Blaze of Glory,” the “NCIS LA” team will investigate a case that involves a hijacked missile test. The missile went off course, so the team must find the hackers who are responsible for causing this. Operations Manager Henrietta "Hetty" Lange (Linda Hunt) will introduce a computer specialist named Blaze Talcott (“Glee’s” Becca Tobin) to help them with their case. Unfortunately, it looks like Tech Operator Eric Beale (Barrett Foa) will hit it off with her. This unexpected bond between Eric and Blaze will make NCIS Intelligence Analyst Nell Jones (Renée Felice Smith) jealous.

Aside from Callen, Hanna, Hetty, Eric and Nell, “NCIS” Assistant Director Owen Granger (Miguel Ferrer), “NCIS” Special Agent Kensi Blye (Daniela Ruah) and Eric Christian Olsen (LAPD Detective Marty Deeks) will also be on hand to help in finding the bad guys. “Blaze of Glory” is directed by Terrence O'Hara and written by Joe Sachs. Guest stars of this episode include Travis Tope (Wyatt Maslow), Aaron Lustig (Dr. Stanley Maslow), Michelle Ang (Malee Vipada), Jos Viramontes (ADRD Systems Team Leader Peter Wilkins), Patrick Cavanaugh (Doug Offerman), Angela Bullock (Rebecca Folden), James Huang (Coast Guard Special Agent Wong) and Jack Foley (Josh Pettiford).

A slideshow video of promotional photos for this episode was posted by Tv100 on YouTube. It shows pictures of the cast in their scenes, including Sam and Callen talking to a guy about their current case. Another scene shows Deeks and Kensi, or “Densi” talking to chess players. They have a bike and some helmets with them while they are asking around.

The next “NCIS Los Angeles” Season 6 episode after “Blaze of Glory” is "Rage." It will be aired on April 13, 2015.
