Gone are the days when Britney Spears used to be the youngest, hottest and richest kid in the music industry at the age of 16. Now, at the age of 21 down, a whole lot of talented teenagers are ruling the music business. In at the number 21 is Nickelodeon star, Victoria Justice. 19-year old Victoria Justice broke out thanks to "Victorious" along with the show's soundtrack. Thanks to Victoria's latest single, "Make It In America", her solo career continues to rank higher than co-channel star, Ariana Grande. With a new album out by October, "Fun Size", Justice's music career looks to be promising.

Surprisingly, former Disney star Miley Cyrus makes it to number 18. Despite being far too quiet in the music business this 2012, Miley is promising a better music career for 2013. The 19-year old newly engaged star has recently put up a website announcing all her moves for film and music.

Australian singer, Cody Simpson beats Miley and Victoria at the number 12. The 15-year old singer is already a veteran when it comes to live performances and studio recordings. In the past three years, Cody has spent time collaborating with artists namely T-Pain and Flo Rida. Fans of the young singer will be glad to hear he'll be spending most of his time with Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen for the European and US Tour.

One-third of the Jonas Brothers, Nick Jonas falls at number 10. Despite the silent year for the Jo Bros, Nick Jonas made it well with his single album debut, "Who I Am" and a Broadway debut for "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying." Nick along with his brothers is set to hit back the live performances on October 11 at NYC Radio City Music Hall plus a tour after.

In at number 8 is Cher Lloyd. The 19-year old singer has been making a name for herself on the UK version of "X-Factor" since 2010. Now, all thanks to the hit, "Want U Back", Lloyd is becoming a popular name in the music business.

Selena Gomez makes it to number 6 despite having announced quitting the music scene earlier this year. Justin Bieber's girlfriend has managed to make it big this year with songs from her album release of last year. Selena is beaten by the likes of Scotty McCreery in at number 4 and BFF Demi Lovato in at number 3.

One Direction may have won the MTV Video Music Awards but still not have managed to beat Justin Bieber at the Billboards. One Direction falls short at number 2 while teenage singing sensation, Justin Bieber makes it to the number 1 spot.
