For the daughters of golden celebrities, it is of utter importance to be known outside of their parent's shadow. For some this can be quite difficult, which will result in them going on a downward spiral.

But for some like Lily Collins, this can be a job that's easily said and done. Skipping from the silver screen to the glossy pages is just a piece of cake for this 23-year old English native, especially if her extremely good looks can charm a Spice Girl.

With Victoria Beckham guest editing "Glamour" Magazine, Lily was handpicked by Posh Spice herself to be featured for the September issue.

"Lily wears fall trends like crochet and velvet and rocks some super wacky hairdos! In an interview conducted for the issue, Lily dishes on her style, makeup preferences, and love for all things Spice Girls." revealed website Fanlala.

The Spice Girls recently revitalized their fan base after performing well-loved hits such as "Wannabe" and "Spice Up your Life" in the closing of the recently concluded 2012 London Olympics. In the Magazine, Lily Collins also revealed her love for the girl group when she was growing up.

"I was so honored! I grew up adoring the Spice Girls. And you can't touch her when it comes to fashion. She owns every outfit she wears. I don't know how she handles all of those kids - and in heels!" quoted just Jared Jr. from the Glamour article.

Lily Collins is the daughter of musician Phil Collins and Jill Tavelman, his second wife. Even though she is actively pursuing her acting career, she is also enrolled at the University of Southern California where she majors in broadcast journalism.

She has also acted with a number of extremely talented women, which includes Sandra Bullock, Julia Roberts, Julianne Moore and Jennifer Connelly, wherein she really looks up to and takes some acting pointer from.

"They all exude this inner and outer beauty. I learned that no matter how big you get, it's still important not to let anything go to your head." continues Lily with what she learned from veteran co-actors.

Lily Collins still has a long way to go, but with guidance from those veterans, she will definitely go far.
