Smartphone users who want to monitor their heart can now make use of the Hello Heart app. It is an all-new app that works for all iPhone devices and the Apple Watch, designed for helping over 100 million Americans who suffer from various types of chronic heart conditions.

Although there are also other apps that can do its marketed function, what separates Hello Heart from the rest is that it actually integrates all of the gathered results and measurements in order to help the patient make sense of the data. The user has access to a personalized dashboard that can simply explain what all those numbers actually mean, according to Fox Business.

“Consumers and patients do not have any tools to understand their healthy today,” said Hello Heart founding CEO Maayan Cohen. “We are here to change that. Hello Heart is the first product that basically turns your medical data into actionable information that patients can understand.”

Now that the Hello Heart app can be downloaded from the App Store, Cohen is confident that the product they have made can strongly empower different people to monitor the health of their hearts.

Plus, Cohen also stated that they have purposely made the app to be already integrated into majority of the existing clinics and hospitals in the United States. This way, users can easily import their medical data on a secure connection directly into their Apple Watch or iPhone unit.

Since its release, Hello Heart has gotten a $1.3 million seed round. According to Cohen’s statements, the proceeds will be used to build up the Apple Watch and Android versions of the app.

“The next big product development will be personalized tips that help you improve over time in baby steps,” she said. “We will learn your lifestyle and adjust the tips according to what will work for you, since we know they already work for others just like you.”
