Miss USA, Rima Fakih, is now in hot water after allegedly breaking the rules for partying overnight recently.

Reuters is saying that the current Miss America is being suspected of ‘breaking rules of conduct’ after she reportedly partied all night.

"There was one night last week where she had some interviews the next day," Fox News quoted Miss Universe Organization president, Paula Shugart.

Shugart noted that the beauty titlist was discovered being gone all night when she was found ‘sound asleep’ when the PR team was reaching her for an interview.

Shugart said, "First we thought she wasn't at the apartment (which she shares in Manhattan with Miss Universe), and someone (from the PR team) was trying to get her to the interview. She was sound asleep, and looked like she'd been out all night.”

The 25-year-old Miss USA did her obligations, however but it looked like the Miss Universe organization is not letting it go until they are clear that there was no attempt for cover-up.

The only thing that would validate her claim are the security tapes.

“She made the interviews, but we did ask about the security tapes, as it is a serious business especially after Tara Conner," the organization official said, according to Reuters

The organization’s president also explained why there is a need to keep a tight leash on beauty pageant winners like Miss USA, Rima Fakih.

"We usually like to keep a handle on them," Shugart was quoted as telling Fox by Reuters. "We have talent managers to keep track, and they are supposed to tell us when they go out. Rima is definitely a high spirited, fun person. If she went out that night it wouldn't surprise us. ... I don't know if I'll ever know where she went, or when she got in."

What added insult to injury was Miss USA’s move not to tell the truth about it. And, the Miss Universe Organization have been using ‘iron fist’ against their winners.

Looks like the fate of Miss USA now depends on what they’ll see on the footage from the security tapes.
