Mid-range Samsung Galaxy A9 gets TENNA certification in China
The much-awaited Samsung Galaxy A9 passed the TENAA certification test centre in China. Leaked results by TENAA confirm most of the rumoured specs of the phone.
The listing from TENAA reveals a slew of hardware specifications and other features in the phone, says Android Authority. The device sports a 6-inch full HD AMOLED display for maximum clarity in pictures. You can now enjoy watching movies and videos in the phone’s full high-definition screen.
Powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core processor and 3GB RAM, the phone renders a superb performance without faltering. This means you can quickly access pages on the web and perform office tasks smoothly without any kind of hindrance.
Those who are looking for a robust internal memory in a phone should opt for the Samsung Galaxy A9. The phone has 32GB of internal space, a good size for storing a huge collection of movies and videos.
According to further speculations, the phone will sport a massive 4,000 mAH battery with fast-charging abilities. As for the software, the phone will have an Android 5.1.1 operating system running at its core. Users will find a fingerprint scanner inconspicuously designed under the home button to get access to the various functions in the phone.
Meanwhile, the handset is said to feature a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. You have two colour options, white and gold, to choose for the phone. The device also supports Wi-Fi, NFC connectivity, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1 and ANT+, notes WwntRadio.
According to some leaked images from TENAA, the handset reportedly looks pretty good as a mid-range phablet compared to other mid-rangers in the market. As of now, there is no other information available regarding the price and availability of the phone, reports Tech Malak.
Android Authority points out that an updated Galaxy A7 and A5 also recently got the TENAA certification. These two handsets are rumoured to arrive soon next year, though an exact release date is not known yet.
