Microsoft's Lumia 950 XL will now be cheaper on Amazon UK. This isn’t the first time the online retailer decided to lower the price of the Redmond company's flagship smartphone.

Amazon UK had already given the product a whooping $104 off. Shortly after that, the 950 XL was given yet another discount of $21. Recently, Amazon UK again dropped the phone’s price by another $10. Now, consumers can get their hands on the Lumia 950 XL via Amazon UK for only $972, according to WMPowerUser.

Those interested can choose between two colour variants. Both the White and Black versions are available on monthly terms through Amazon's financing, with a shipping date expected to be on December 12.

Although the Lumia 950 XL has been appearing in countless discounts, its sibling, the Lumia 950, remains available for only $878, which is the same price it’s had for the past couple of weeks.

Considering the Redmond-based tech giant has already announced a launch event on December 2, those that have been invited will reportedly be given a chance to experience first-hand the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL -- both with Windows 10, according to GSM Arena. Invited Windows Insiders will also be allowed to buy the devices at the event, which will be held in both London and Manchester.

As mentioned in the invitation, buyers of either device will also have their phones fitted with a Microsoft Display Dock that can "turn an external screen into a PC-like experience".

Although consumers across the Pond will only begin to get their units on Microsoft's launch event, Windows Central has reported that avid Microsoft tech users in India can get both devices by November 30. To date, however, the company has neither denied nor confirmed this report. Indian consumers need not fret, though, since it’s expected that Microsoft's flagships will soon be available in their country.
