Actress Michelle Williams said goodbye to the Brooklyn home she shared with her former partner, the late Aussie actor Heath Ledger. The latest reports claim that the 34-year-old "My Week with Marilyn" star sold the four-story and six-bedroom Boerum Hill townhouse for $8.8M.

According to CityRealty's property blog site 6sqft.com, Michelle Williams listed the Boerum Hill townhouse for $7.5M back in September but got $1.3M over the listed price. The Hollywood Reporter noted down that the actress put up the Brooklyn home on the market with the same amount that she and the late Heath Ledger paid when they bought the place back in 2005.

The listing revealed that Michelle and Heath's spacious home has a roof garden and a waterfall. The living room has a fireplace, wooden floor and French windows. Click HERE to see photos.

The Boerum Hill townhouse also has a library, media room, walk-in wardrobe, pantry, wine cellar, surround sound with double turntables, heated floors and a garage for three cars. The listing revealed that one spot in the garage is currently being converted into a "climate controlled recreation room."

Michelle Williams reportedly put up the house for sale because of her decision to relocate to Los Angeles in order to land more movie roles. According to a Mail Online report, the actress moved out of the property in October 2012 to set up a new home with her then-boyfriend, "How I Met Your Mother" actor Jason Segel.

Meanwhile, a Radar Online report claimed in May that Michelle Williams and Matilda Ledger, the actress' 9-year-old daughter with "The Dark Knight" actor, will move to Los Angeles, California at the end of 2014. The former "Dawson's Creek" star recently wrapped up on her work in "Cabaret" on Broadway where she portrayed the character named Sally Bowles.

Michelle William's latest film project is titled "Suite Française." The film, which was released last November, is a World War II romance story between a Frenche villager and a German soldier based on the 2004 novel. The other film cast members include Kristin Scott Thomas, Margot Robbie, Sam Riley and Matthias Schoenaerts who portrays Michelle William's love interest.
