The Justin Bieber rebel parade continues as he now being sued by an ex-bodyguard for salary discrepancies and assault charges. When will the singer's unlucky streak end?

After the much controversial Marijuana issue and the horrific "#CutForBieber" effect he had on his fans, Justin Bieber is now under the microscope once more. One of his past bodyguards, Moshe Benabou, claims that the singer has not paid him for his overtime work and was violent on him for a period of time.

In a report, it was stated that Bieber owes Benabou up to $421,261 on unpaid overtime fees between March 2011 and October 2012. According to the complaining ex-bodyguard, he worked for the singer for up tp 14 to 18 hours a day, eating most of his 24-hour cycle, without any hesitation. But now that things are turning sour for both parties, Benabou decided that he should get what he worked for and a lawsuit is the only way Justin will hear his pleas.

In addition to an unpaid overtime salary, Benabou is also filing for assault charges. He stated that the singer punched him several times and "berated" him in front of many people after there was a disagreement on how to handle one member of the singer's Grammy entourage.

"For nearly two years Mr. Benabou devoted himself completely to ensuring Mr. Bieber's personal safety," wrote Ilan Heimanson, Benabou's attorney, in a statement.

"Mr. Benabou deserved, as does any employee, to be treated with respect, dignity and in accordance with the law. Unfortunately, he was not." added Heimanson in the said release.

It might be true that Bieber is becoming one irresponsible idol with the string of controversies being linked to his name for the past weeks. Is Bieber's true colors showing by the day? It seems that there's no stopping Bieber's bad side for now.

Bieber's publicist or anyone from his camp has yet to comment on this issue.
