“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” fans have been left wanting during the holiday season as the hit ABC show takes a break. However, followers of Coulson and the gang did not have to totally cold Turkey on some of the characters because the network has just released a new miniseries.

A special spin-off from one of the Marvel TV universe’s most loved characters has just been made available for online viewing. To make that even better, all episodes of “Slingshot” are now available.

ABC itself revealed the show’s official episode guide for “Slingshot.” The miniseries’ storyline takes place shortly before season 4 of “Agents of SHIELD” begins. It features Elena Rodriguez, an Inhuman with the super ability to move very fast. As a person with uncanny powers, she has the corresponding obligation to sign up with the Sokovia Accords. However, the restrictions of the Accords are in absolute conflict with a personal mission that she has committed to. This will test her abilities and lead to some tense encounters with SHIELD.

This miniseries is housed on ABC’s YouTube account and can be viewed for free. Each episode runs around three to five minutes and follows the life of Secret Warrior “Slingshot” as she goes on a journey to go head-on with her dark past.

This miniseries also features the directional debut of Joe Quesada. Quesada has been said to be one of Marvel’s “shaolin ninja priests.” Clark Gregg of “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” has told fans that he and Quesada have been friends for a very long time and he finds it a real treat to get him to work with him in his directing debut.

Joe Quesada is already a familiar name to most comic book fans. He was the chief creative officer and former editor in chief at Marvel. However, Natalia Cordova-Bucky, who has the titular role in “Slingshot,” admits that she had been unfamiliar with him until he breathed life into her character and gave it his colourful rendition.

Here's "Slingshot" episode 1.
