Lorde isn’t the only talented member of the Yelich-O’Connor family. India Yelich-O’Connor, the Grammy Award-nominated songstress’ younger sister, posted her cover of Christina Aguilera’s “Say Something” online, proving that Lorde isn’t the only singer in the family.

India, 15, uploaded her musical debut on Soundcloud on Sunday, gathering warm responses from both her sister’s fans and just everybody else on the Internet.

Her sombre version of the track drew comparison to Lorde’s mature sound.

Journalist Duncan Grieve, as quoted by Faster Lourder, said that India could be easy to be mistaken for the family celebrity, adding that she “has this way of commanding your attention even among a group more than adept on that front.”

If India has plans to follow in Lorde’s footsteps in the international music scene remains to be seen. But at the ripe age of 15, she’s actually lagging behind a little.

Ella Yelich-O’Connor, Lorde’s real name, started becoming a professional singer at 13 when she signed with Universal Music. She was still fairly unknown back then, though. It wasn’t until she was 16 that her hit song “Royals” helped catapult her to stardom and she was considered a worldwide phenomenon from New Zealand.

That was less than a year ago in 2013.

So considering her sister’s rise to success, India appears to be just right on schedule.

Lorde is nominated for four Grammy Awards for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance for “Royals,” and Best Pop Vocal Album for “Pure Heroine.”
