Lamar Odom is still miles away from complete recovery as the latest update about the former NBA star is that he is not even able to walk on his own.

Even after spending months in hospice care, the sportsman is still on his way to recovery and is struggling hard.

"He has not spoken in the halls during his therapy. It appears he can't walk on his own. He has a walker that he does short walks with the aid of therapists," E! News quoted a source. Lamar was found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel in October and has been undergoing therapy at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles to recover from substance abuse.

"He always is struggling. I saw the other day he got tired after a short session in the walker and had to be transferred back to his wheel chair," the source added.

The entire Kardashian-Jenner clan has been beside Lamar to support him through this rough patch in his life. Khloe Kardashian decided to call off the divorce proceedings with Lamar owing to his ill health and her lawyer, Laura Wasser, reportedly withdrew the signed divorce papers that were lined up to be processed.

Khloe too has been posting regular updates about Lamar’s condition.

"It's a horrible call to get. Getting to the hospital and knowing he's in a coma and having to run these tests or make medical decisions. It's terrifying," an emotional Khloe revealed in a previously recoded interview with Today's Natalie Morales.

Khloe has been taking all the medical decisions surrounding Lamar as she is still legally married to the 36-year-old former player.

“You have to make risk-and-reward decisions. Like, OK, well, there's an 80 percent chance if we do this operation, he might pass away. But also if we don't do it, there's a 90 percent chance he'll pass away," Khloe revealed in the interview.

Khole also revealed that Lamar may need a year and a half to two years to recover completely.
