Rob Kardashian’s alleged personal issues have been placed on the spotlight as Sunday’s episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians” revealed how much of a heartache his recent behavior has given to his family. Mom Kris Jenner and sisters Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney have attempted an intervention, but he profusely declined to seek help.

Jenner revealed that that her once athletic 28-year-old son has gained more than 100 lbs in the past year, during which time the family has noticed him being “depressed and just a bit off in general,” People reported. Jenner eventually broke down, worried that Rob might die if she doesn’t help him do something “drastic.”

During Sunday’s KUWTK, his mom arranged for a life coach hoping to convince him to get help, but Rob shut himself in his room when the interventionist arrived at Khloe’s home, where he had been living. He called Khloe, to whom he was particularly close, to tell her how upset he was with the sudden intrusion. This prompted his sister to break down and beg him to just accept the help.

"Do you think it's fair to do this to me? …. I've been through this how many times?" she asked, as quoted by Extra. This was possibly a reference her failed attempts to help ex-husband Lamar Odom, who also refused to rehabilitate after his alleged drug abuse. However, despite Khloe’s begging, Rob continued to refuse the help.

Rob’s stubbornness lead sister Kim to call him “pathetic” and to declare that the family start dealing with him with tough love. She convinced Khloe to kick their brother of her house and cut him off, saying that they have done their part and that there was “no other way to do it.” Their mother Kris allowed Rob to stay at her place, but revealed that she "literally" cried herself to sleep every night, heartbroken over her worry towards Rob.

Rob’s issues seem to have become more severe over the past months as he had previously shunned various family events, even not showing up during Kim’s wedding to Kanye West and last year’s Christmas get together. He cut back on filming the family’s reality show and was hardly seen in public, even taking a long hiatus from social media. When he finally posted a picture on his Instagram, it was of Rosamund Pike's bloodied character in the film "Gone Girl," which he disturbingly captioned saying the photo was of her sister Kim. It is still unclear as of the moment if Rob will make a comeback for season 10 of KUWTK.
