In a petition filed by Kris Jenner in Los Angeles County Superior Court Monday, she cited "irreconcilable differences" as the main reason for separation from her husband of 23 years.

The parents to model Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner broke off in June last year but continued to appear on their family reality show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" and even went on to many family vacations together. The couple then released a joint statement in October last year saying they were were "much happier living apart."

According to legal documents obtained by the media, Kris has asked for joint physical and legal custody 17-year-old Kylie Jenner, who is the only minor child in family. No money is involved in the divorce and the two will not get any spousal support, reports TMZ adding that the divorce deal has been worked out by their respective business managers with no involvement of an attorney. The couple reportedly did not have any pre-nuptial agreement and have agreed to divide their property, added the website.

'"We will always have much love and respect for each other," the pair said in a joint statement when they announced the separation on June 1, 2013. "Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our No. 1 priority."
