The events in recent weeks have sparked major reconciliation speculations between Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick. However, despite being seen together constantly, the reality TV stars are not back together, and it’s not even under consideration as far as Kardashian is concerned.

According to TMZ , the proud parents of Mason, 6, Penelope, 3 and Reign, 1, are getting along well, but they are not back together. They are often seen together because Kardashian wants her and the kids to have a good relationship with Disick. The inspiration behind such parenting setup is reportedly her own childhood.

Kardashian's parents, Kris Jenner and Robert Kardashian Sr., divorced while Kourtney was still an adolescent and her siblings were very young. Despite the divorce, Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Robert all grew up with Robert firmly in their lives. To this day, Jenner and all the Kardashian children have fond memories of Robert, who passed away in 2003.

Jenner gave Disick the same advice in last week’s episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” After breaking up with Kardashian back in July, Disick started to complain about how difficult it was to follow the former's rules about spending time with their kids. Jenner gave him some encouragement and told him to do his best to be there for his children, just like Robert was for Kourtney and her siblings.

Kardashian and Disick broke up in July after almost 10 years of being together. After completing a month-long stay in rehab from mid-October to mid-November, Disick has been spotted with Kardashian very often. They have been seen both with and without the kids, leading to speculations about their reconciliation. However, it appears that this is not the case.
