Kim Kardashian's naked bottom photo for Paper mag is still sparking speculations ever since the image was shared online on Nov. 11. This time doctors have scrutinised her famous asset and they are claiming that surgery was done to achieve its shape.

Inquisitr claims Kim Kardashian's nude bottom photo for Paper was one of the topics of discussion in thedoctorstv for its "Breaking Health News" segment. Dr. Travis Stork and co-hosts agreed that the reality star's shapely butt is not nature's doing but the result of plastic surgery. The site claims plastic surgeon and reconstructive surgery expert Dr. Andrew Ordon alleged Kim Kardashian's shapely bottom was achieved via implants. Likewise, her butt is reportedly not a product of good genes, neither of strict diet and workouts, but of a process called fat transfer. Even a Brazilian butt lift supposedly couldn't produce the reality star's famous asset. Additionally, Ordon speculated Kim Kardashian's nude bottom photo was a result of expert Photoshop.

Dr. Basil Pakeman, who performs Brazilian butt lifts at Manhattan Surgical Care, couldn't agree more. According to New York Daily News, he confirmed that the "KUWTK" star "has had enhancement for sure." Kim Kardashian's nude bottom photo allegedly revealed a "little dot" near the top of her butt that shows she went under the needle. "That's one of the incision points we use to inject fat during procedures," he said.

Jennifer Lopez started the craze on the fat transfer process when she debuted a shapely butt in her 2000 video for "Love Don't Cost A Thing." According to NYDaily, the procedure starts off with a stomach, hips and thighs liposuction followed by fat injections on the top, center and bottom of the buttocks.

NYDaily claims Dr. Victoria Karlinsky, chief cosmetic surgeon at New Look New Life, also commented on Kim Kardashian's nude bottom photo as unreal. Karlinsky claimed Kim's waistline "has absolutely no body fat," the lack of which makes her butt size seem unrealistic.

However, Paper mag editor Mickey Boardman confirmed to US Weekly that only retouching was done to clean up Kim Kardashian's photo. No "building of ass" or lifting "50 pounds off the waist" was done on the star's naked body. Boardman claims what people saw as Kim's nude bottom, which was not padded nor augmented, is 100 percent hers.

Likewise, celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak also vouched for Kim Kardashian's naked bottom photo for Paper mag. Inquisitr reports that Harley was quick to defend his client, saying he had Kim on the Helix Lateral Trainer. The exercise, which involves hip thrusts, reversed lunges and stiff leg deadlifts," helped Kim achieve her shapely buttocks.
