Celebrity baby North West is only 2 years old, but she’s already following in her mom’s stylish footsteps. In a Christmas Instagram post, reality TV star Kim Kardashian West, showed off how she and her daughter are twinning with matching hairstyles.

“Merry Christmas everybody! Good night!,” wrote Kim, as she captioned the photo on Instagram. The shot is taken from behind, and the mother-daughter tandem could be seen with matching double braids. Kim is wearing a heavy black fur coat, and she drapes one arm over North West, who also appears to be wearing black.

North has become a little baby celebrity in her own right, often wearing expensive custom-made outfits for her outings. French fashion label Balmain, has made baby-sized versions of their clothes, just so North could match her mum. She has also been able to sit in the front row of fashion shows for prestigious brands.

The Kardashian-Jenner clan has been known to wear matching outfits especially during the holidays. Kim proved that this has been a family tradition even before they all found fame, by sharing a Christmas throwback photo of herself and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian. The photo was taken way back during the 1986 holiday season, and all three Kardashian girls were wearing matching blue Christmas pajamas. The outfits showed Christmas trees and falling snow, to reflect the season.

This year, North and her cousins Mason, Penelope and Reign Disick, are the stars of the Kardashian-Jenner Christmas card. As expected, the children are wearing color-coordinated all-black outfits. The adults chose to feature the next generation in the card, instead of appearing in it themselves.
