Kim Kardashian Bags Movie Role on her 31st Birthday
Reality TV star, fashion designer and happy wife Kim Karashian celebrated her 31st birthday last Friday with great news.
Kim just can't get enough of everything . Aside from starring in a reality TV show with her family, keep her hands busy in designing as well as fulfilling endorsements and other commitments, our favorite controversial socialite will be part of Tyler Perry's new flick "The Marriage Counselor".
Kim revealed the great news via Twitter last Friday night, tweeting, "Big news!!! I'm co-starring in Tyler Perry's new movie!!!"
The new movie, "The Marriage Counselor," was based on one of Perry's plays that narrate the story of a marriage counselor whose own marriage begins to crash when her husband's folks move in with them. Kim will play the role of a friend of the protagonist who will take her to New York City for her much-needed makeover.
Could this be a sign for Kim? Recently, there was a rumor that went around saying that Kim's eight weeks old marriage is already on the rocks after photos of Kris Humphries not wearing their wedding ring and carrying moving boxes went out. However, the voluptuous celebrity put the rumors to rest as she and her husband were seen in New York City and Las Vegas last Friday to celebrate Kim's birthday.
The newlyweds took over the New York hotspot "The Derby" last Friday night with the Kardashian clan including Khloe and Kourtney and Kourtney's husband Scott Disick. In her party, her friend La La sang a Stevie Wonder rendition of "Happy Birthday." Also, punk songstress Pink serenaded the birthday girl.
Kim and her crew hit Las Vegas last Saturday for another celebration. Kim's schedule are packed with activities and appointments up to the last minute.
Kim said that turning 31 is "freaky" as she is now really an adult. However, one thing stays the same, she will still be rocking Vegas, Kim K.-style!
