Mobile manufacturers across the globe have released some of the best and most-impressive smartphones in 2014 thus far. However, the LG G3 comes out as a breath of fresh air with its terrific features complimented by the strong under the hood performance. According to recent news, the LG G3 is available at a discounted price in European markets.

Apparently, the 16 GB model of the LG G3 comes with a 10% price reduction at this point. The countries that provide this discounted price include Russia, Germany and the UK, among others, according to GSM Arena.

Potential buyers from the UK can purchase the LG G3 from Carphone Warehouse with £30 price reduction. The original price of the device from the aforementioned phone retailer is £479.95. Therefore, the LG G3 can now be availed for £439.95.

Amazon is another online retailer with discounted price on the LG G3. Even though Amazon UK is currently not providing this offer, Amazon Germany offers discount. Amazon DE markets the LG G3 for €494.30. It is a 10% reduction from the original price of €549.

Russia is also extending the discount deal; the actual price of the LG G3 is RUB 29,990 and is now available for RUB 26,990, according to a Russian Web site Hi-Tech-Mail.

When it comes to the U.S., the handset's original price was cut down by $100 upon availing a two year contract with the carrier. Furthermore, LG announced that the LG G3 with two new colours will be available for purchase in August - Moon Violet and Burgundy Red. The currently available colours include Metallic Black, Silk White and Shine Gold.

The LG G3 comes with a humongous 5.5-inch display packed with 2,560 x 1,440 pixels (2K) screen resolution. The unique selling point of the device is the two different combinations of RAM and memory choices. The handset is powered by a superior quad-core (Qualcomm Snapdragon 801) Krait 400 processor, clocked at 2.5 GHz.

In addition, the handset houses a 2 GB of RAM (if opted for 16 GB of in-built storage) and a 3 GB of RAM (If opted for 32 GB of in-built storage). Notably, not all markets are offering both the RAM/memory combinations.

Other specifications include 13 MP/2.1 MP camera units with dual-LED flash, OIS support, Android v4.4.2 KitKat OS, microSD card support, 4K video recording, 3000 mAh battery unit, NFC and wireless-charging capability.
