Lenovo introduced its K920 phablet in an even organized in June. Furthermore, the device is expected to make a landfall on Aug. 5. However, we now have information about a compact device from Lenovo dubbed K920 Mini in the offing.

Interestingly, the Lenovo K920 Mini will feature a really big 5.5-inch display, which is contrary to the Mini device models released thus far. In comparison, the original K920 phablet comes with a whopping 6-inch display. While the phablet model features a 1,440 x 2,560 pixels QHD screen resolution, the compact device is expected come with 1,080 x 1,920 pixels resolution, according to Phone Arena.

The Lenovo K920 Mini will reportedly feature a metal exterior similar to the phablet model of K920. In addition, the device will be powered by a quad-core (Qualcomm Snapdragon 801) processor in combination with 2 GB of RAM.

When it comes to memory, the Lenovo K920 Mini will come equipped with 16 GB of internal storage. Furthermore, the compact device will house a 13 MP rear-facing camera unit and a good 5 MP front-facing shooter.

Going by the specifications given above, this Mini device has all the qualities of a regular flagship smartphone of a branded company. The expected price of the Lenovo K920 Mini should approximately be around $323.

The bigger 6-inch Lenovo K920 phablet, on the other hand, is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor and 3 GB of RAM. The camera specifications include a 16 MP rear-facing camera unit with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 5 MP front-facing shooter, according to Phone Arena.

In addition, the handset houses 32 GB of internal storage. If this is not interesting enough, the Lenovo K920 phablet comes with a 4000 mAh battery unit to complement the QHD display.
