Khloe Kardashian’s Hubby, Lamar Odom Arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs and Alcohol? More Details of his Arrest [PHOTOS]

Things are turning for the worst for Lamar Odom drug use saga as Khloe Kardashian’s husband got himself busted for charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

TMZ confirmed that the NBA Clippers player had been under police custody Friday morning, Aug. 30 using a photo of the Lamar’s Mercedes SUV parked inside a tow yard which kept his car following arrest.

As of 10 a.m. Pacific Time, Aug. 31, Odom was reported released from custody at 8:33 a.m. No confirmation has been released if Odom is indeed freed on $15,000 bail despite earlier statement by the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept.

Police caught the attention of Lamar’s driving when he was spotted taking the highway in what authorities described as “serpentine manner.” But what was more compelling was Lamar’s Mercedes going super slow, noted by authorities as 50/ kph.

The NBA player also refused to stop when police first called out to him to pull over. Citing claims by its sources among the L.A. enforcers, TMZ pointed out that Lamar even had three exits before deciding it was time to listen to the police. They caught up with Lamar at 101 Freeway. The arrest was made at San Fernando Valley at around 3:54 a.m., PT, Aug. 30, Friday.

The police noted in its report that Lamar showed clear signs of intoxication and even failed the sobriety tests a number of times. Lamar’s manner of driving and hi conduct, said TMZ, citing law enforcement sources, appeared to be consistent with drugs and alcohol. Khloe’s hubby has also reportedly refused to undergo any chemical tests. There were no physical evidence found in the car, however. Patrol units only found 2 bottles of cologne and assorted items.
