The premieres of Season 3 of ‘The X-Factor USA’ is just around the corner and notorious judge, Simon Cowell warns in an official trailer to kick off the season to “expect the unexpected” and that he’s “back in control.”

The new trailer for X-Factor, Fox unveiled before the premieres Monday, Sept. 2, Simon announces that he and his three Angels are out to “find fantastic talent and introduce them to America.”

The father-to-be for his first child and with socialite Lauren Silverman, Simon insisted that the show serves as gateway in discovering the perfect talent with all the qualities of “superstar.”

Simon says, “You want to find people who are everything you want in a superstar. That unique voice you cannot get out of your head." A look at the video showed that Simon is joined by three female fellow judges. This is the first time that a reality TV show in the U.S. will have a group of four judges with only one male.

Demi Lovato is the only returning judge, after being asked to sit again on the panel for the second time by the British mogul himself. Joining Demi are Kelly Rowland, Simon described as “total professional” and Paulina Rubio whom Simon believes “everyone is going to understand.”

As if his warning that he’s “back in control” is not enough at the beginning of the new trailer, the group’s head judge, Simon ended leaving more suspense to the viewers as he said: “"This is going to be the most amazing season yet. Expect the unexpected."

It will be recalled that Demi finds it nice to be working with the girls, saying she knows she’s going to be on the same page with them. She noted that it would be nice to know that the two other judges understands her when she sees someone cute or someone really captivating from the hopefuls.

Demi however, has hit headlines when they began filming for the early episodes of Fox’s X-Factor USA. She was reported to have been acting “like a diva” as if “knowing it all” being the only female judge to have sat on the panel before this season. The rumours were later debunked when Demi took to Twitter and described “having a great time with girls” when they were on location filming early episodes.
