The Duchess of Cambridge has just recently given birth to her second child and yet there are already reports claiming Kate Middleton is likely going to get pregnant for the third time. Sources close to the royal couple are saying that Kate and Prince William are going to have more than two children.

Indi Hicks, cousin of Prince Charles, told People magazine in an exclusive interview that Prince William and Kate Middleton are likely going to give Prince George and his new sister Princess Charlotte a sibling. Hicks supposed that Kate and William can actually now stop with two children considering they now have both a girl and a boy. However, she said the couple “won’t stop there.”

A couple more sources also wagered for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to have another child. "I would put money on them having more," another source believed to be close to the royal couple told the publication. While another insider said, "Whatever this baby is, there will be another one."

Indi Hicks is not the only royal source who claimed the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will likely have more than two children. According to Mirror UK, Kate Middleton’s maternal uncle, Harry Goldsmith, once told The Sun that the royal couple would want to have a bigger family in the future. "I don't think they'll stop at two,” he said.

In her interview with People, Indi Hicks also shared what the late Princess Diana would have felt about her granddaughter’s name. She said the late princess “would have been deeply moved.” The 47-year-old, who was once Princess Diana’s bridesmaid in her wedding to Prince Charles, also described the name Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana as “very British and very reassuring.”

Hicks is also certain her cousin, Prince Charles, is very happy and thrilled over having a granddaughter this time. Prince Charles had previously publicly stated his preference for a baby girl for Kate Middleton and Prince William’s second child.

According to People back in September during a charity event for Prince’s Trust, he told a well-wisher that he hope for the baby to be a girl this time. Then just last month, while talking to a 100-year-old military veteran, Prince Charles reiterated the same wish. People quoted Prince Charles when he'd said, "We're hoping for a granddaughter!"
