A month after topless photos of the Duchess surfaced online, the Royal Couple is set to appear in the UK to continue their responsibilities.

Kate Middleton shows how strong and upright one should be after experiencing humiliation under the public's eye. Together with husband William, the Duchess is set to appear in the United Kingdom after their Southeast Asian tour.

The Duke and Duchess will land in Newcastle on Wednesday next week, where the couple is set to meet and greet students from Percy Hedley School. Percy Hedley is known to teach students affected with cerebral palsy. Also, William and Kate will be welcomed by those involved in the recently-held London Olympic Games, with both meetings set to happen at the Civic Centre in Newcastle.

The pair will also meet students and representatives from Newcastle University, and will swing by a drug rehabilitation facility to meet families involved with Action on Addiction's "Moving Parents and Children Together" event. The Duchess became a patron of the organization earlier in 2012, whose main purpose is to guide children with drug-using parents.

Meanwhile, the criminalization of the photographer who took the topless images of the Duchess has begun, according to French courts. In a past report involving a French paparazzi named Pascal Rostain, only the nationality and intent of the photographer have been revealed.

"The irony of this whole thing is that the photographer who took these pictures is an Englishman living in the south of France. These photos were taken on the orders of Closer, who asked him to sit around for several days to take them." Said Rostain in a post.
