The previous week, singer Britney Spears launched her line of lingerie where she claimed she wanted the Duchess of Cambridge to wear one of her collections. However, a report claims it's less likely that she would be wearing any of the sexy lingerie.

According to Inuisitr, Spears took a break from her Las Vegas shows to showcase her designs across the globe. It was allegedly also another way for the 32-year-old to get her mind off from her recent breakup. During the launch on Tuesday, Sept. 23, Mirror UK claimed Britney expressed her desire to see Kate Middleton wearing her designs. Inquisitr adds her intentions were rather ambitious. But nevertheless, she supposedly sent ten styles of the lingerie designs to the Duchess of Cambridge so Kate Middleton could take a peek at her collection. "That would be splendid. I'm going to send her one of every piece. So she'll have plenty to choose from," she said.

Inquisitr claims there's a rare chance that Kate Middleton would "strut around in sheer bottoms with crotchet edges and a bra with crafted embellishments." With the Duchess on her second pregnancy, she may have to wait after giving birth to even try on the racy lingerie, if she wanted to. Additionally, if she ever decides to wear one, Inquisitr said the Duchess would have to be cautious of another wardrobe malfunction; otherwise, it would be May all over again, when her "bare" bottom landed on a German publication, according to the site. Furthermore, Queen Elizabeth reportedly "nearly had a coronary" when she learned that Britney Spears wanted the Duchess to wear the sexy undergarments.

Britney Spears reportedly told the press that the sexiest item among her lingerie designs is the cherry red, saying, "it stands out and it's very elaborate and it's pretty promiscuous." Aside from Kate Middleton, Britney Spears also chose former No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani. She claimed she would also love to see the rocker modelling her sexy lingerie collection.
