The Duchess of Cambridge is currently vacationing in their cottage home in Anmer Hall with her two children following the birth of her second child, Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana. Kate Middleton is said to be recuperating and according to a family source, part of the Duchess’ health and beauty regimen includes juicing and doing yoga.

According to Hollywood Life, juicing is said to be Kate Middleton’s way of “losing baby weight after giving birth” to Princess Charlotte. A family source has revealed to US Weekly that Kate Middleton’s sister, Pippa Middleton, has been looking after the Duchess while she is busy tending to her two children. Pippa has “arranged to have fresh juices delivered to Kate every three days,” the source revealed. The Duchess reportedly consumes the juice in the morning to keep her healthy.

But the insider clarified to the publication that the Duchess of Cambridge is not dieting. The family source revealed that Kate only considers the juice as her “go-to for an extra boost.”

Pippa Middleton, who is said to be studying to be a nutritionist, reportedly introduced the health benefits of juicing to Kate. Pippa has reportedly even convinced Kate’s husband, the Duke of Cambridge Prince William, to try it. "Pippa was the one who got them into juicing. They all love it!" the source further revealed. Kate reportedly used to blend her own juices but finds it easier to have the juices delivered instead, considering how her hands are full with watching over her two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

However, juicing is said to be not the only step the Duchess of Cambridge has taken while she’s recuperating following the birth of Princess Charlotte. According to Hollywood Life, Kate Middleton has returned to doing yoga at her 10-bedroom estate in Anmer Hall to get her back in shape and to help get rid of the post-baby fats.

Kate Middleton has also gone back to consuming “all organic” food. According to the family source, the Duchess of Cambridge frequents the organic farm shop near Norfolk called “Back to the Garden,” where she gets her “fresh local produce.”
