Justin Bieber vs. Liam Payne: Australia's Hottest Surfer Babe

Australia is known for its awesome beaches which is why it isn't the least bit surprising that a number of celebrities would hit "down under." Back in October during the "Take Me Home" tour, Liam Payne of One Direction soaked up the sun and surfboards. Now, Justin Bieber is the latest hunk to go shirtless and go surfing in Australia. The big question now is who is the hottest surfer babe "down under"?

Last week, Justin Bieber was snapped enjoying down time "down under." The "Baby" singer was seen at Byron Bay where he enjoyed riding a few waves. In fact, Bieber showed off his skills on his Instagram account that caused a flurry of delighted fan girls.

Before Justin hogged the limelight, Liam Payne of One Direction was also present at the beaches of Australia. Payne showed off his drool-worthy abs during his surfing session. Back in October, the 1D singer had even managed to rank number one as Entertainment Wise's' "Surfer Babe."

Yet, thanks to Justin Bieber and his Instagram posts, Liam Payne's title no longer belongs to him. In a recent survey done, Justin Bieber was awarded as the hottest surfer babe in Australia. Payne of One Direction only rolled in 37.99% of the votes.

Of course, Liam Payne is the least bit affected. In other news related to Justin Bieber and Liam Payne, the One Direction singer recently admitted in an interview that he's got his eyes out for Bieber's ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

"Yeah, Selena Gomez is hot," stated Payne, adding, "I'll put that out there, on the table."

However, Payne immediately reeled back from his answer after realizing his girlfriend, Sophia, might read about it on the news.

"Shouldn't tell the missus. I'm gonna walk away now," added Liam.

Yet, Selena Gomez doesn't share the same feelings as Liam because Bieber's former Latina love has her eyes out for another One Direction cutie. In an interview back in September, Gomez admitted that Zayn Malik was one of her favourite 1D member because she found him "cute."

Too bad for Selena though because Malik is engaged to Little Mix's' Perrie Edwards. Both singers are set to tie the knot early next year.
