There’s really no stopping Canadian teen sensation Justin Bieber. Not wanting to disappoint his thousands of tween fans waiting for him in his Manila stop of his My World tour, Justin Bieber decided to push through with the show amidst sickness brought by his reported chest infection.

The teen singer was so sick that he had to take a break to vomit backstage during the concert.

Before taking the stage at Manila’s Mall of Asia, Bieber tweeted: "Sick as a dog... but the show must go on. got called a trooper."

"That show was great but tough. real sick. time to rest," Bieber posted on his Twitter after the show, according to The Herald Sun.
