“Just Cause 3” is now available on the PS4, Xbox 360 and Windows PC. The game was heavily hyped, and the reception for the game has been interesting, to say the least. The reviews that the game has received are not terrible, but it’s clear that it needs extra polish.

As the title implies, “Just Cause 3” gives players numerous options to cause plenty of mayhem, whether it's through the flying suit, similar to the one Falcon wears in “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” or the numerous weapons. While there can be numerous reasons for causing plenty of destruction, the game’s universal one is simply “Just Cause.”

While that’s the game’s main statement, the title received mixed responses from critics. According to GameSpot, "Just Cause 3" is fun to play but is plagued with a few bugs and glitches, which tend to hamper the experience. It looks like other critics more or less agreed with the site, though some of them also criticised the game’s story missions and lack of focus.

The game comes alive when it is filled with destruction and exploration, which is good for an open-world game. The graphics for “Just Cause 3” were praised, with its absolutely massive world. There are also reportedly plenty of unbelievable moments in the game, which many critics have praised and will likely be turned into memes in the future.

Interestingly enough, the title's PS4 version scored better than those for Xbox One and Windows PC. “Just Cause 3” has an overall score of 82 on Metacritic as of this writing, while the other versions of the game are in the 70s range, which is still positive.

Judging from the reviews, it seems like the PS4 version has the least glitches, while the PC version seems to have the most. Still, the title is not unplayable like “Batman: Arkham Knight.”

Fans interested in causing mayhem in an open-world can pick up “Just Cause 3” right now on the PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC. The game was developed by Avalanche Studios and published by Square Enix.
