The Jon Jones versus Daniel Cormier word war is not yet over. When asked what Jon Jones liked most about his rival Daniel Cormier, he answered, "his fatness." However, the remark came in a kind of light mood.

When Jones called Cormier fat, he meant that the guy is short and thick. And then, after saying that Daniel Cormier's body doesn't scream athlete, he appreciated him for having been able to do great and amazing things in the fighting arena.

Although Jones' statement is open to interpretations, on a lighter note, the statement could pretty well be taken as a backhanded compliment against the former two-time Olympian and undefeated MMA fighter. But then again, the squabbling between the two still persisted. Dana White, UFC President posted on Instagram:

"These guys won't stop!!!," Dana White wrote on his Instagram post documenting the exchange between Cormier and Jones. "This just happened in the fighter meeting and this NEVER happens."

The trash talk started when the two have gotten themselves into a brawl during the press event at the MGM Grand in August. Since then, the war of words between the two didn't stop - heated, profanity-laced arguments have been captured with cameras still rolling.

Apart from White, other fighters also took to Twitter to share their thoughts about the two.

The jones dc beef is real! These two almost went at it in the fighter meeting!

Meanwhile, USA Today reported that there is only one way for Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier to make peace at the UFC 182 weigh in as the two were separated by Dana White during the event. The UFC President had no choice but to separate the two again following their series of brawls.

According to Jones, he doesn’t need any further trash talks but he claimed that it motivated him. In the middle of the trash talks, Jones is set to defend his UFC light heavyweight title against Cormier on Saturday at UFC 182.
