US television series "This is Us" has become such a worldwide hit that even popular celebrities are watching it. John Mayer revealed that he can’t stop crying while watching the episodes. He couldn’t contain what he felt that he even spoke about it on Twitter.

"Just saw the first episode of 'This is Us' and I'm hooked. Cryin'and hooked. Not even wiping away tears for the next episodes. Just gonna let the first ones create tracks for a more even, efficient flow,” John tweeted.

What makes it more exciting is that the show's star, Mandy Moore, was able to read John’s tweets. Mandy was delighted that she tweeted him back to say that she was glad that he was digging it. “Beyond dig. I’m about to attempt one of the most emotionally reckless stunts ever: watching an episode ON AN AIRPLANE,” said John.

John is currently working on news songs for his 2017 album. In an interview, John mentioned that he is set to release "more music" than he's "ever" released in one year. He added that there will be a lot of songs that can fit the standards of his fans.

But it is not only John who is in love with the show. Abigail Breslin also posted on social media her own take about the show.

"I'm 18 minutes into the first episode of @NBCThisisUs and have already developed 80 new unrealistic expects for relationships. So thanks. Also I'm obsessed."

With only a few episodes in, this series have earned a lot of positive reviews. Just recently, it has received People's Choice Award and Critics' Choice Television Award nominations.

As the critics have said, the storyline draws a lot of people because it is a typical kind of family drama. In every new episode that it releases, it gives out different life lessons. It makes viewers want to value family more and they can even apply some of scenes in real life. It is a one of a kind drama series that is expected to last a long time. That is apparently the reason why even celebrities make a habit of watching this series.

The feelings-filled show stars Sterling K. Brown, Chrissy Metz, Justin Hartley and "Gilmore Girls" alum Milo Ventimiglia. The show airs Tuesday on NBC in the US. It airs on Channel 10 in Australia.
