Robert Pattinson’s non-appearance at the MET Gala 2013 and for him to let Kristen Stewart graced the red carpet on her own have been big of a deal for the Twilight lovers’ followers and their critics alike. Break-up rumors had ensued when Kristen came looking glum as she faced the throngs of photographers and with only her stylist by her side.

But it should not disappoint the Tween fans since Kristen was not alone to ditch their main squeeze and leave them home as they flaunt their great looking bodies at New York’s most important social event in fashion -- the MET Ball, where art meets fashion.

Aside from Kristen, other hot stars who came alone was Blake Lively, who fans would have expected to come with her new husband, Ryan Reynolds. But the hunk ex-husband of Scarlett Johansson let his new wife flaunt her booty alone. So did Justin Timberlake as Jessica Biel decided to go solo.

The theme for this year’s Costume Institute Gala, known as MET Ball is "Punk: Chaos to Couture." The annual opening of the fashion exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art at the Big Apple was held Monday.
