She wows us with her curves and her versatility. The American fashion model turned actress Brooklyn Decker celebrated her silver birthday yesterday (April 12).

Brooklyn is busy promoting the film Battleship where she starred alongside Taylor Kitsch, Alexander Skarsgård, Rihanna, and Liam Neeson.

The actress started her modeling career on her teenage years in early 2000 when she became the face of Mauri Simone, which is a popular prom dressmaker. Brooklyn also won the 2003 Model of the Year award at the Connections Model and Talent Convention.

She soon became the image model of other brands such as Victoria's Secret, Intimissimi and The Gap. She also had fashion spreads on some of the major magazines such as Vogue, Cosmopolitan, FHM and Glamour.

She skyrocketed her career by appearing in the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2010 and became a resident of Victoria's Secret Swim Collection. More people learn to appreciate Brooklyn's natural gift.

Brooklyn pushed her career from modeling and ventured into acting. She made various television appearances such as in Chuck, Royal Pains and Ugly Betty. Her film debut was in 2011 in Just Go With It with Jennifer Aniston where she appeared in a yellow teeny bikini.

Now, she is part of the cast of the blockbuster film Battleship and will appear in the 2012 film What To Expect When You're Expecting.

Brooklyn Decker is happily married to tennis player Andy Roddick.
