All the men in Carrie Mathison's life from CIA Chief Saul Berenson and retired analyst, Dar Adal, the Senate Committee Chairman and her dad---all apparently contributed to her current miseries---have been a "no show" on Episode 3 of "Homeland" Season 3. "Tower of David" sees the return of the only man in her life that goes to her heart---Sgt. Nicholas Brody. And yes, the war veteran turned fugitive is all over the third episode and we could not get enough of Brody.

The third episode of Season 3 finally has a lot of Nick Brody after the fans had missed him on the first two episodes of Showtime’s hit series, co-written by Henry Bromell and William Bromell.

The story line in this week’s episode features a juxtaposition and parallelism of the current challenges faced by the former lovers.

While Carrie has continued to be reigned in at the psychiatric ward, her lover and former war veteran Brody is trapped in the “Tower of David” in Caracas, Valenzuela.

The episode began with Brody being taken away by a group of men led by El Nino, portrayed by Manny Perez. Looking visibly hurt from a gunshot wound, Brody was being treated by doctor, even the war veteran suspected to be one in the character played by Erik Dellums.

"Are you a doctor?" Brody asked Dellums who responded, "Interesting question."

Brody woke up barely unable to move. But he was stubborn enough to refuse the dose of drugs offered by El Nino’s daughter Esme (Martina Garcia).

"No more, I can't think," Brody said then looked out of the window gazing over the city.

As if sensing what every Homeland fan is thinking, El Nino came in and explained the situation Brody has gotten himself into.

"There's a bounty on your head," El Nino told Brody, adding, "You're never safe, not even with me."

Brody may be trapped in the Tower of David found in Caracas, Valenzuela, but he knows that he is in an unfamiliar place where there could be enemies lurking in every corner.

While he is trapped in the Tower of David, Brody’s lover, Carrie Mathison is suffering the same fate.

Carrie remains at the hospital and against her will, she is forced to take her medicines, which she has been avoiding for months for fear that bad things will happen again.
