It’s a bleak day at Summer Bay as a terrible heartbreak awaits key characters of “Home and Away” this week. On Monday, Heath Braxton (Dan Ewing) urges Bianca Scott (Lisa Gormley) to change her mind after she drops the divorce bombshell on him. However, Bianca seems to have made up her mind, believing that their marriage troubles won’t end.

It seems Cheryl Braxton’s (Suzi Dougherty) presence and mediation didn’t help matters and even unintentionally convinced Bianca that she’s doing what’s best. The upcoming episodes also feature other “Home and Away” cast members VJ Patterson (Matthew Little), Billie Ashford (Tessa De Josselin), Evelyn “Evie” MacGuire (Philippa Northeast), Matt Page (Alec Snow), Katarina Chapman (Pia Miller), Phoebe Nicholson (Isabella Giovinazzo) and Justin Morgan (James Stewart).

“Home and Away” stars Nate Cooper (Kyle Pryor), Zac Macguire (Charlie Clausen), Leah Patterson-Baker (Ada Nicodemou), Tori Morgan (Penny McNamee), Brody Morgan (Jackson Heywood), Mason Morgan (Orpheus Pledger), Martin “Ash” Ashford (George Mason), Hunter King (Scott Lee), Olivia Richards (Raechelle Banno), Alf Stewart (Ray Meagher), Roo Stewart (Georgie Parker), Irene Roberts (Lynne McGranger), Marilyn Chambers (Emily Symons) and John Palmer (Shane Withington).

Back to the Bay reports that on Monday, Cheryl returns to Summer Bay to offer some words of wisdom to Bianca and Heath. Afterwards, Bianca makes a big decision. On the Facebook page of “Home and Away,” a clip shows Heath confronting Bianca about consulting a divorce lawyer without telling him first. She argues that he ignored her for the last year, while he counters he’s dealing with the fact that he killed someone.

“I love you and I love our family,” Heath says. “Give me a chance. You owe me that.” Bianca replies that she doesn’t owe him anything and orders Heath to sign the divorce papers. He, however, drops the document on the table, refusing to sign it.

Seven Network posted a sneak peek of the upcoming episodes on its official website. In the trailer, Heath asks Bianca for another chance. Meanwhile, Evie says she doesn’t know how to let go of Josh, but is later on seen kissing Matt. Billie, on the other hand, appears she’s about to give birth. Elsewhere, Kat confronts Justin that his family seems to have existed only from 2009. Decker and Raffy overhear their conversation and later, Decker orders Kat to back off.

“Home and Away” recap

In the previous episode, Hunter and Olivia found John barely conscious and moaning in pain. Olivia called for an ambulance as Hunter tried to wake up the old man. At the hospital, Olivia showed appreciation to Hunter for saving John’s life. Later, Marilyn also gushed to Hunter, who said he learned only from the best. John apologised for their altercation before and they agreed to put their differences behind them. When John received clearance to go home, he and Marilyn invited Hunter and Olivia for a celebratory meal.

This ushered in an opportunity for Hunter and Olivia to clear the air. Hunter invited her to hang out sometime as friends, but Olivia declined, saying she doesn’t want to get back together. Mason overheard their conversation and invited Olivia to go out for a walk.

Despite being warned by Jeannie’s dad, Brody kept seeing her. Brody introduced Jeannie to Tori and things went awkward between the two. Later, Tori warned Brody to slow things down a bit – he and Jeannie move in different worlds. Brody took this the wrong way and snapped at Tori. He really seemed smitten with Jeannie, but things took a turn for the worse when her dad caught them kissing while at Salt.

Fed up, Brody told Jeannie’s dad to stop being so crazy with all the end-of-the-world garbage and let her decide for her own. It seemed to have worked – Jeannie’s dad told her she’s entitled to her opinions, but Jeannie walked away. When Brody followed her, Jeannie snapped at him for disrespecting her father.

Meanwhile, Heath’s mum arrived to help him out with his marriage problem, but he told her to back off and let him handle things. Unknown to him, Bianca was filling out an application for divorce. Cheryl promised to stop intervening, but later, she went to confront Bianca. An argument ensued between the two women and ordered Cheryl to mind her own business. Later, Heath dropped by to see Bianca to apologise on behalf of his mum and brought a beautiful bouquet. However, Bianca surprised him when she said she’s done and gave him the divorce papers.
