On the Thursday episode, Zac (Charlie Clausen) fell from the roof of the Summer Bay House trying to win back his wife. In the hospital, Tori (Penny McNamee) told to Leah (Ada Nicodemou) about Zac’s diagnosis. He has a serious bleed on the brain. Zac’s condition got worse, with the medical team rushing to save his life.

The situation could make Leah reconsider her decision to divorce Zac. She earlier asked for a divorce after her husband admitted that he cheated on her with novel editor Sam. In a sneak peek for next week’s episode, VJ (Matt Little) can be heard saying that it should not involve losing someone to remind the value of that person. Then Leah is seen saying, “I love you.”

Zac’s son Hunter (Scott Lee), meanwhile, blames Leah for what happened to his father. Zac will survive the surgery in the upcoming episode but another problem is about to hit him. According to Back to the Bay, Hunter will undergo a DNA test behind Zac’s back. It is not clear why he needs to have a DNA test.

Meanwhile, Leah and Irene’s (Lynne Grainger) friendship is beginning to fall apart over Baby Luc. Will the recent incident in Leah’s life put the dispute between her and Irene to rest?

The disagreement between BFFs Leah and Irene stared when VJ snapped at a crying Luc, shook her cradle and yelled at her. Irene found out what happened. She comforted VJ, and when Leah said they have everything sorted out, Irene disagreed. Irene then offered to take Luc permanently. Leah was furious at Irene, who suggested to talk things over. But Leah is not yet ready to forgive her.

"They really argue. Things get really awful between Leah and Irene. I hated it. I hated going to that place and especially having to do that with Lynne because we are so close. It wasn't enjoyable at all – and it does go on for a bit I have to admit," Nicodemou told Stuff.

Elsewhere, Marilyn (Emily Symons) and John’s (Shane Withington) marriage is in trouble. On Monday’s episode, Marilyn will start to avoid John, who was recently released from prison.

Marilyn started to doubt her husband’s character after he got involved in a fight in prison. She believed that John could have avoided the incident. John was detained for a short period of time on charges of one count of arson resulting to death and five counts of arson resulting to injury and property damage.

“Home and Away” airs weekdays at 7 p.m. on Network Seven in Australia. It also airs weekdays at 1:15 p.m. and 6 p.m. in the UK over at Channel 5.
