On-screen and real life "True Blood" couple Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer have reportedly welcomed their baby twins. According to a spokesperson, the 30-year old actress delivered the babies a few weeks early but did not exactly reveal the sex of the children and when Paquin actually gave birth.

"We can confirm that Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer recently welcomed their twins into the world," the spokesperson told America's People magazine. "The babies were born a few weeks early but are in good health and both Mom and Dad are overjoyed," the spokesperson further shared.

The couple was married in August 2010 and they have confirmed the pregnancy in April this year but the two also did not give an exact due date. The "Piano" actress has kept mum about her pregnancy and motherhood but her husband of now two years could not hide his excitement. The 42-year old Stephen Moyer already has two children from his previous relationships, 12-year old Billy and 10-year old Lilac.

"I love my kids beyond anything," Moyer told Us magazine. "They're the best things ever and having two more is just going to be even crazier but that's cool!" the actor exclaimed.

Actor Michael McMillian, who portrays the character Steve Newlin on the hit HBO vampire drama, said that the entire cast has been impressed with how Paquin handled her pregnancy.

"The show is taking great care of her and I think she's probably really happy that she has some time off now to focus on what's to come," McMillian said about her co-star Paquin.

"Stephen is already a terrific father and they make an amazing couple. Anna is really excited, as any expectant mom is. I think they're going to be pretty cool parents," McMillian added.

Meanwhile, the season finale of the successful TV series "True Blood" was aired this month and it brought in 6.3 million viewers. Unfortunately, the episode ended with a shocking cliffhanger after Stephen Moyer's character, the 175-year-old vampire Bill Compton, was destroyed.
