What people would do for those they love, whether it be good or bad, was the theme of the previous episode. “Hawaii Five-0” season 7 episode 16 told the story of the Kalaupapa Leprosy Settlement in the Kalaupapa National Historic Site on Molokai. Sheriff Alana explained the location’s history to McGarrett and Chin as they rode out. While leprosy, which is now called Hansen’s Disease, has been largely eradicated, the fear of what lies ahead still remains.

The previous episode also gave insight on Nazi ratlines, which were the escape routes that Nazis took so that they could escape prosecution for their war crimes. It has been proven that Nazis have escaped to Argentina, so it is not remotely impossible that at least one of them have made it to Hawaii at some point.

Later on, this case proved to me more extreme as it demonstrated the heights that people would go through just for family. Leia Rozen (Angela Galvan) had chased the former Nazi guard who tortured her grandfather around the globe. Unfortunately, she ended up getting killed by the daughter of the said guard. While last episode was a warm and tragic way to demonstrate love for family, spoilers point out that love will prominent on the next episode of “Hawaii Five-0.”

In “ Poniu I Ke Aloha/Crazy In Love ,” Sarah Carter and Lili Simmons will be returning as Lynn and Melissa. As for Steve McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin) and Danny Williams (Scott Caan), they will be getting a chance to go on a couple’s retreat with the women they love. There will definitely be some romance, but there will also always be chaos.

The synopsis on the CBS website reveals that while McGarrett and Danno celebrate Valentine’s Day with their girlfriends, the rest of the team will investigate the murder of a man taking classes on how to land women. This is very ironic as someone who wants some love gets murdered on Valentine’s Day.

This might have a lot of anticipating fans asking who on earth would murder a guy taking this kind of class. Likely, this person just wants companionship because he probably does not have good enough social skills to land him a date on Valentine’s Day. While there will probably be a lot of chaos in this episode, fans will surely appreciate the romantic and lighthearted aspect to it.

Season 7 episode 16 of “Hawaii Five-0” will air on February 10 at 9 p.m. on CBS. It also airs on the TEN Channel in Australia.
