The lovely lady, Amber Heard, from 2006 thriller flick, "All the Boys Love Mandy Lane", has turned 26 today. Though she's far from the term "getting old", Amber still looks as stunning as ever.

Amber Heard first acting stint came in 2004 where she played Liz in the television series, "Jack & Bobby". Though it was not enough to warrant her additional roles, Amber appeared in a few more series even in "The O.C." as a salesgirl.

Her big break came in the 2006 horror-thriller film, "All the Boys Love Mandy Lane" where she starred alongside Luke Grimes, Michael Welch and Whitney Able. Her next film that caught the eye of Hollywood men was in the 2007 film, "Never Back Down", where she starred as Baja Miller alongside Evan Peters, Sean Faris and Cam Gigandet.

The stunning actress appeared as the sexy girl-next-door, 406 in "Zombieland" before hitting up with Nicholas Cage in "Drive Angry". In 2011, Amber starred alongside equally stunning, Johnny Depp in "The Rum Diary" which caused quite a controversy about both stars casually flirting on and off screen.

In post by In Touch Magazine dated November 21, 2011, Amber and Johnny's cozy act was not for the cameras alone. According to an insider, both have been seen flirting shamelessly in public.

"The set was wild," shared the insider quickly adding, "[Amber Heard] She is a very sexual person. One night, she was dancing very seductively."

While there have been suspicions of an affair between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, all the rumors are simply squat. Amber Heard who had come out during the 25^th anniversary celebration of GLAAD publicly announced that she was a lesbian.

"I think when I became aware of my role in the media, I had to ask myself an important question 'Am I part of the problem?'" said Amber in an interview with the entertainment site, AfterEllen.com.

"And I think that when millions and millions of hard-working, tax paying Americans are denied their rights and denied their equality you have to ask yourself what are the factors that are an epidemic problem and that's what this is.

Heard is still said to be connected with photographer, Tasya Van Ree. The two have been dating ever since 2008 so the controversies about Heard flirting with Depp are purely made-up.

"Injustice can never be stood for. It always must be fought against and I just was sick of it being a problem," said Heard about coming out as a lesbian, adding, "I personally think that if you deny something or if you hide something you're inadvertently admitting it's wrong. I don't feel like I'm wrong."

Lesbian or straight, Amber Heard is one very hot actress who is sure to continue making waves in the film industry.
