Lindsay Lohan appeared in court Wednesday to confront her latest legal battles.

The news hit her as soon as she stepped into the court room that ultimately ended with probation revoked for her two cases, increasing the odds she will go to prison soon.

The judge may have been fed up with Lindsay Lohan's empty promises and her inability to keep up with the end of her deals and bargains. Thus, the judge revoked her probation.

Moreover, another civil lawsuit was filed against her by an ex-employee of the Betty Ford Clinic who claimed that she was assaulted by the actress when she was in rehab last year.

The suit was filed last July but was just served to Lindsay Lohan. The plaintiff Dawn Bradley said the 25-year-old actress assaulted her when she confronted her in violating the clinic's no drinking policy.

She claimed that the actress yanked and grasped her hand that caused her "great mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering." She is now seeking more than $1 million in damages. Bradley filed a report to the Palm Desert, Calif., police last Dec. 12, 2010 but filed no charges against Lohan.

Lohan's party decided not to comment on the new lawsuit.

Bradley was a former chemical dependency technician in the clinic and she lost her job after abridging the company's confidentiality policy.

Lohan might find consolation from Snoop Dogg's tweet saying, "Keep ya headup lindsay lohan! Wow! Revoked probation on both cases!"

Lindsay was released after posting a $100,000 bail. She was ordered to be back into court on Nov. 2, when she will know if she will end up in jail or not.
