Console and PC gamers are treated to a lot of Halloween-themed sale on games. But mobile gamers need not worry, as a lot of titles have received their respective updates in time for the spooky season.

“Injustice Gods Among Us” Survivor Mode

NetherRealm Studios’ “Injustice Gods Among Us” has also received the 2.6 version, which brings in another mode. Dubbed as the Survivor mode, fans will be able to take the challenge of no health revival for every round in an endless wave of attacks from teams, as announced in the Google Play Store.

The rewards are worth the challenge, as new Gear Sets called S.T.A.R. Labs Augmentation Cards, have arrived to boost the stats of characters. These new gears can increase the health, attack, critical chance hit, critical damage and XP of characters. The update is already available for both Android and iOS players.

“Plants vs. Zombies 2” Lawn of Doom 2015

It’s not a surprise that EA’s long-standing shooter strategy game, “Plants vs. Zombies” is also getting into the Halloween vibe. More than just zombies, the game has received a mini update for the season. According to DroidReport, The Lawn of Doom is EA’s way of celebrating Halloween in the game.

This is a continuation of last year’s Lawn of Doom update. This time, there is a Jack O’ Lantern styled zombie, a Bride of Frankenstein imp and the Frankenstein Gargantuar. Players can sample the Jack O’ Lantern plant, which requires consistent tapping and holding to get it firing at zombies.

“Clash of Clans” Frightful Night returns

Clashers can enjoy the return of the Frightful Night event especially for Halloween. According to its official iTunes page, the Halloween Clash theme for “Clash of Clans” will be available for a limited time only

The update for the Halloween is only cosmetic at best with Poison Spells, bubbling Cauldron obstacles and other Halloween-related themes. But developer Supercell has teased that a major update is coming to the game.

“Assassin’s Creed Pirates” Halloween Exclusive

Another time exclusive update is for “Assassin’s Creed Pirates.” Despite being already two years old as a game in the mobile platform, new content is expected to refresh the experience of players.

Touch Tap Play reported that the new update features exclusive treasures and customisation options that are tailored for the Halloween season. The game is still only available on the iOS.

“WWE Immortals” Hell in a Cell

While there are no Halloween frightful characters being added to the roster, the latest update for Warner Bros. “WWE Immortals” brings a few new things worth celebrating. The first is the new character Rusev, which comes in two Gold versions in the new Challenges.

In addition, there is a multiplayer season coming dubbed as Hell in a Cell. Premium players of “WWE Immortals” can opt to get the new additions via the Early Access character packs.

The new update comes after the announcement of Johnny Cage of “Mortal Kombat X” joining the roster of wrestlers, Touch Arcade reported. This is great for fans of the two games from Warner Bros., which has been known for rolling out notable brawler titles in both the mobile and console platforms.
