'Girl Meets World' season 3 episode 10 spoilers: Shawn marries Katy, Feeny officiates the wedding, ‘Boy Meets World’ reunites in ‘Girl Meets I Do’

Several pleasant surprises are in for long-time fans of “Boy Meets World” in the season 3 finale of “Girl Meets World.” The upcoming episode is titled “Girl Meets I Do.”

While the issue concerning the messy love triangle has been solved with finality in the previous episode, it is about time that the plot moves on to other colourful events. Disney, however, opted to treat its viewers by ending the third season of “Girl Meets World” in a grand manner.

As exciting as it seems, Shawn Hunter (Rider Strong) and Katy Hart’s (Cheriel Texiera) marriage are in for some challenges. The synopsis for the season finale, titled “Girl Meets I Do,” says that Maya Hart (Sabrina Lynn Carpenter) gets a little bit nervous about her mother’s upcoming wedding.

Anyone who has ever been entertained by “Boy Meets World” way back when it was airing on TV in the nineties would always be excited to see some parallelisms between the original series and “Girl Meets World.” The last episode for the third season clearly had older viewers of the original series in mind . “Boy Meets World” fans are treated to what appears to be a grand homecoming of all characters from the “Boy Meets World” universe.

More than that, Mr. Feeny (William Daniels) is set to return to play an important role for the next episode. The teaser shows him officiating the marriage of Shawn and Katy

For those who can recall, Mr. Feeny played an important role in Shawn’s childhood since he was there to guide him through thick and thin. It is no doubt that Mr. Feeny is one of the biggest influences for Shawn.

Aside from that, characters that previously appeared on “Girl Meets World” are set to return for next episode. These include the younger sister of Cory, Morgan, who was played by two actresses, Lily Nicksay and Lindsey Ridgeway , on “Boy Meets World.” Both actresses will appear in the season finale.
