On August 14, "Bachelor" star Gia Allemand passed away in New Orleans. Reportedly, Gia's funeral will be open to the public and will take place at Papavero Funeral Home in New York.

She was on three shows - Jake Pavelka's The Bachelor Season 14, Bachelor Pad Season 1 and Bachelor Pad Season 2. Well-known for her long, brown and beautiful hair locks and cheerful persona. She was the third finalist in Jake Pavelka's season.

In 2010, On The Bachelor Season 14, Episode 4 group date, Jake picked Gia to head into a vineyard. Since Jake and Gia were different personalities Vienna predicted fiasco. On the contrary Jake and Gia had a great date.

Hayden promised to do everything he could to keep her on the show, too. On season 1 of Bachelor Pad after she told wanted him to be the last contender in the competition,

"If I were to be tempted in the house, Wes would be the guy that would do it," Gia admitted in the show.

"If I didn't have a boyfriend, I would love to be serenaded and everything by Wes."

A mellifluous country tune was then performed by Hayden, "Love Don't Come Easy," for the lucky lady, and she became very emotional. "It just gets me," Gia said.

Allemand admitted on Bachelor Pad season 1's reunion episode that she had soft corner for Hayden and Hayden accepted he had some feelings for her, too. After being applauded from the viewers asking Hayden to kiss her and the two shared a passionate lip-lock on the stage.

Gia brazen out Bunn, who she assumed was her friend and then made anouncement that she was leaving the competition after being back stabbed by Graham Bunn.

"I'm not going to plot and scheme with people, that's not who I am," she told the camera while making a tearful exit. "It's killing me. It's bringing me back to somewhere that I didn't like ... It's breaking me down."As reported by www.people.com

Gia Allemand "The Bachelor" star who appeared on Season 14 of ABC's reality romance, has died at the age of 29.
