Lady Gaga has splurged on a $24 million Malibu estate, which marks the first time she invested in California. This came as a surprise as the star insisted that she will never buy a house in the area following a brief stint in 2011.

The property is set at 6 acres of land overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The location of the house at Zuma Beach is absolutely exotic as the ocean view can be enjoyed from any part of the property. The house is bought from the founder of Warner Bros Consumer Product Division. The deal was inked by Umansky's company along with Santiago Arenas.

The 10,270-square-foot of household is completely fitted with every imaginable amenity on earth. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a gym and a saltwater pool with jacuzzi.
