Emotions run high on Port Charles as mind-blowing truths are revealed on this week’s episodes of “General Hospital” (“GH”). On Wednesday, Julian (William DeVry) has a change of heart and tells someone that he wants to plead guilty on his upcoming trial. Spoilers suggest that his day in court will be a complete chaos, but Carly (Laura Wright), Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Alexis (Nancy Grahn) can’t wait for Julian to be locked up for good.

Speaking of Carly, she’ll be embroiled in a heated argument with Michael (Chad Duell) about his future with Sabrina (Teresa Castillo). Also on Sept. 14, Finn (Michael Easton) comes in to rescue Hayden (Rebecca Budig). She finds herself in a sticky spot when Franco (Roger Howarth) exposes her and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) as sisters. Other “General Hospital” cast members who will appear on the upcoming episodes include Scotty (Kin Shriner), Diane (Carolyn Hennesy), Tracy (Jane Elliot), Monica (Leslie Charleson), Nelle (Chloe Lanier), Jason (Billy Miller), Lulu (Emme Rylan) and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom).

The show’s official website uploaded a preview video for the Sept. 14 episode. In the trailer, Carly reckons that Julian will finally go to prison and she and Sonny will get their lives back. Meanwhile, Alexis tells Diane this could be the beginning of the end for Julian. Behind bars, Julian says, “I want to plead guilty.”

The sneak peek also features Franco, who reveals to Liz and Hayden that they are sisters and that he can prove it. Meanwhile, Tracy wonders to Michael whether he’s planning a future with Sabrina and Teddy. The clip ends with Sabrina, as she discovers Monica lying unconscious on the floor.

TV Guide reports that Thursday’s installment deals with Julian, as his trial commences. Meanwhile, Lulu pours her heart out to Kevin, while Jason turns emotional as he makes an appeal.

“GH” will wrap the week with an episode that features Nelle, who offers Carly some words of wisdom. Alexis, on the other hand, is a complete mess and an executive decision is made.
