'General Hospital' spoilers for July 19 – 22: Julius’ condition gets worse; things heat up between Sabrina and Michael [VIDEO]
There seems to be an unlimited source of dramatic twists and shocking revelations at Port Charles, and this week is no exception. On Tuesday’s episode of “General Hospital” (“GH”), Julian’s (William deVry) health takes a turn for the worse, just as spoilers hint that he’s going to be a father to Alexis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) baby.
Meanwhile, a budding romance seems to be in the works between Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) and Michael (Chad Duell), who find themselves growing closer together. Other “General Hospital” cast members who will appear on the upcoming episodes include Nikolas (Nick Stabile), Valentin (James Stuart), Jordan (Vinesse Antoine), Andre (Antony Montgomery), Nina (Michelle Stafford), Curtis (Donnell Turner), Griffin (Matt Cohen), Diane (Carolyn Hennesy), Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth), Parker (Ashley Johnson), Finn (Michael Easton), Sonny (Maurice Benard), Liz (Rebecca Herbst), Franco (Roger Howarth), Carly (Laura Wright), Josslyn (Eden McCoy), Ava (Maura West) and Lulu (Emme Rylan).

The show’s official website uploaded a preview video for July 19. On the first scene, Nikolas threatens Valentin, “You touch anyone in this room and you get nothing.” Meanwhile, Jordan wonders to Andre, “Are you angry with me?” Nina, on the other hand, informs Curtis that she needs to call off the investigation.
At the hospital, Dr Monroe reveals to Julian, “I know you’re guilty and I trust the jury will come to the same verdict.” Elsewhere, Alexis tells Diane, “The only feeling I have for Julian is the desire to take him down.”

TV Guide reports that Wednesday’s run will focus on Sabrina and Michael, as the two become closer than ever and seem to rekindle their romance. Meanwhile, Kristina pays Parker a visit, and Alexis is taken aback after hearing someone profess his love for her.
On Thursday, Carly is determined to look for Jossly’s kidney donor, while Finn hesitates but accepts Sonny’s terms. Elsewhere, Liz refuses to accept Franco’s present for her.
“GH” will wrap the week with an episode that features Sonny, who’s timing could not be worse for someone. Ava, on the other hand, attempts to forge a partnership, while Lulu reels from a terrible discovery.

On Monday, Alexis concealed her pregnancy test from Kristina and Molly. They talked to her about Julian, but Alexis soon expressed that she wanted to be left alone. Once Kristina and Molly were gone, she took the test out and read the result. Elsewhere, Finn eavesdropped on Sonny’s voice mail to Carly. Sonny assumed Finn wants something in exchange of helping Carly discover Josslyn’s kidney donor. Finn said he’s interested in medicines that are not available in the US.
Meanwhile on Cassadine Island, Theo was holding everyone up at gunpoint. He threatened to shoot Sam if Jason didn’t cooperate. Nikolas tried to grill Theo about his true identity. It’s not long before Theo revealed that he’s not on Helena’s payroll. Lulu and Nikolas saw the crest tattoo on Theo’s arm. “I know who you are,” Nikolas claimed and it turned out it’s his bastard uncle, Valentin Cassadine. At the hospital, Julian and Lucas were embroiled in a fight. Olivia arrived and agreed with Lucas that Julian is dead to them. They said Sam would soon share their opinion towards Julian.
