Wisconsin Police arrested three male teens for gang-raping a 15-year-old runaway girl and posting the video of the sexual assault on Facebook. The three, led by 17-year-old Gregory Wagner, gave the victim Sprite spiked with prescription cough syrup which caused the girl to become dizzy. They met the girl on May 29 at a park in West Allis.

She lost consciousness and woke up inside a garage in the 8500 block of West Greenfield Avenue in West Allis. Wagner and a 15-year-old male took off her clothes and raped the victim several times. She tried to resist the assault, but she was too weak to fight them off because of the “drugged drink,” the girl told police.

Another 15-year-old male grabbed the girl’s neck to control her screaming. According to the police, the victim saw a bright light which possibly came from a mobile phone camera used to record the sexual assault, reports The New York Daily Post.

After the repeated rapes, the three left their victim bleeding. She called a friend who helped her get a ride home. The three, meanwhile, posted the video of the assault on Facebook and other social media sites.

Police arrested the three juveniles on June 8. Wagner, who was due in court on Wednesday, June 17, is facing two counts of child sexual assault and was charged as an adult. That means if he is convicted, Wagner could spend 80 years or the rest of his life in prison. The two 15-year-olds are charged as juveniles.

Fox reports that Wagner filed a not guilty plea at the preliminary hearing conducted at a court in Milwaukee County on Wednesday. He is expected to return to the court on June 24 for a scheduling conference.
